What is a Target Market Determination

A Target Market Determination (TMD) is a document which describes:

• the persons for which the product has been designed,
• the conditions around the product's distribution,
• when this TMD will be reviewed, and
• recording, keeping and reporting obligations of distributors.

Please note that this document is not a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) nor a comprehensive summary of the product features or terms of the product. The TMD does not take into account any person's individual objectives, financial situation or needs.

Why does Connective Complete have a Target Market Determination?

From the 5th October 2021, we are required to have a TMD under the Treasury Laws Amendment (Design and Distribution Obligations and Product Intervention Powers) Act 2019.
